“ Now that the dust has settled after my daugther's wedding last Saturday at Mood, I really wanted to formally thank you and all of your wonderful staff for making Rhian and James' wedding so very special. Indeed, some of our overseas based guests were moved to tears by the beauty of the venue and the perfect service they recieved from you and your colleagues.

James and Rhian have been inundated by calls from friends and relatives congratulating them on their choice of venue for both the wedding and reception, not forgetting the Sunday "chill out" BBQ and drinks at the Oasis Beach Bar. We have already seen some of the photographs of the big day and they are absolutely sensational, I will email through to you for your use with pleasure.

When the "kids" first announced their engagement last Christmas, Julie and I immediateley thought of Mood as the perfect venue for them; they were not disappointed. Please pass on our particular thanks to Angela in reception and event manager Tammy for all their assistance in making the day run so smoothly.

As you will know, my partner Julie Bussell is a Wedding Planner and she has delivered over 200 hundred weddings here in Mallorca in seven years. However, even her sharp eye for detail on this "busman's holiday," was impressed by all the elements of this very important day coming together so naturally.

The hundred guests that attended the wedding will never forget Saturday 11th September 2010, the joy of the happy couple and the superb service they recieved from Mood staff. Thank you all.

As our first priority is to please our customers and to increase word-of-mouth recommendations, the lack of profit in these mini-meals is actually helping us to do just that. It gives people a chance to sample the quality and variety of our food and service and so throughout the winter and spring of 2009, Mini-Meal Tapas will feature as one of the menus at Mood in both the restaurant and the Lounge Bar. As you say, they really are GREAT value for money.

“ Following my visit to your establishment as part of the circle of excellence party last night. I am writing to commend the quality of service received.

The table waiter was Nicholas who was friendly, attentive and thoughtful throughout the whole evening. He constantly ensured that glasses were always filled and no one was without a drink. On returning to the buffet there was never a dirty plate left on the table. He was polite at all times and his service was perfect and deserves to be commended.

The two men who provided food from the BBQ were also extremely polite and helpful and I would appreciate it if you would pass on my thoughts and thanks to them all.

The set up of the whole place was lovely and very easy to relax in.

The evening was superb and I would like to thank you and the rest of the staff involved for making it such an enjoyable evening. ”
